That's why every product is backed by our Wild4Life Warranty which is our promise to support you throughout the lifetime of your Wildebeest gear.

To find the best size for your dog, start by checking our SIZE CHART under each product.

If your dog is in between sizes, we suggest trying the bigger size first. You can always make returns or exchanges within 30 days of order received. Consider opting in for the "Free Return Coverage" when you place your order.

If you're still unsure about sizing, scroll to the bottom of this page to send us an email -- include the product you're interested in, your dog's girth, neck, back length, weight, age, etc., and we'll suggest the best size for you.

Your Wildebeest gear can be washed as needed to keep clean.

- Spot-clean: Gently scrub with mild, colorfast soap/detergent using a soft brush or sponge.

- Machine-wash: Wash on delicates cycle with cold water and mild, colorfast soap/detergent. Use a mesh bag to keep it contained and separated from the rest of your load.

- Hang-dry by air or tumble-dry with low or no heat.

- Do not use high heat when washing and drying. Do not iron.

Generally no. However, we're always open to hearing what your needs are -- even if we're not able to serve you now, your inquiry will help us gauge the demand for new products and sizes, and perhaps we can even make it happen someday!

Yes! Locals and visitors are welcome to visit us during studio hours for in-person gear fittings, repairs and purchases. Scroll down to the bottom of this page to send us an email and make an appointment in advance.

Warranty FAQs

Of course! It’s rare, but manufacturing defects can happen and if you believe you’ve received a defective product from us, send us an email at hello@wildebeest.co with a photo of the product and we’ll send you a replacement for free.

All of your Wildebeest products are covered under the Wild4Life Warranty. We offer a 25% discount when you replace your gear that's outgrown, chewed or worn-n-torn overtime.

It depends on the product. While most harnesses, collars and damaged hardware can be repaired, other products need to be assessed the damage and repairability.

All of our warranty repairs are done FOR FREE (excluding postage).

Send us an email at hello@wildebeest.co and include some photos that illustrate the damage clearly. We'll get back to you with the next steps.

Absolutely! To get started, send us an email at hello@wildebeest.co and include a photo of your Wildebeest product, or of your pup wearing it, or the sales receipt from your original purchase to help us verify that the product you have is indeed made by Wildebeest.

Your Wildebeest product may have been discontinued since your purchase. In this case we will assess repairability and/or offer a warranty discount towards a comparable product that is currently in-stock.

Order + Shipping FAQs

Start your self-guided return or exchange using our return portal. You will be able to access return instructions and download a return shipping label.

Return/exchange shipping is free if you had opted in for the "Free-return Coverage" at the time of your original purchase.

Any refunds or payment adjustments will be processed upon our receiving your return items.

No problem! Send us an email at hello@wildebeest.co. Include your order number and the discount/reward code that you'd like us to apply and we'd be happy to make the adjustment on our end.

If you have store credit with us, make sure you're logged into your account. You can then find and apply any existing credit under the Payment section on the Checkout page.

Your order is typically processed and fulfilled within 1-2 business days of the order being placed. Then, based on the shipping option you selected during checkout, it can take 2-10 business days within the contiguous U.S and up to 25 business days internationally to reach you.

To receive timely shipping and tracking notifications, make sure to enter your correct email address when placing your order.

We offer flat shipping rates for domestic US addresses -- $6.95 for economy and $12.95 for express.

International shipping rates are calculated based on your order weight, value and shipping destination.

To get an accurate shipping estimate for your order, add your items to the cart, navigate to the Checkout Page and enter your shipping info.

If USPS doesn't serve your shipping address, send us an email at hello@wildebeest.co before placing your order. We’ll provide alternative shipping options and cost estimates.

If you already placed a new or additional order, let us know and we'll cancel or combine your orders if possible.

If your order has been shipped out before we could apply any change requests, you can start a return or exchange as necessary using our return portal.

Any order that is returned to us due to incorrect/insufficient shipping information will be subject to shipping fees when re-shipped. Please make sure your shipping info is correct and up-to-date.

We see this happen occasionally, especially with orders being delivered by USPS.

Your ID tags are typically shipped directly from our engraver, arriving separately from the rest of your order. It can take an extra 1-2 business days for the tags to be processed before being mailed out so please be patient.

The Custom ID tags are only available for domestic orders with US shipping addresses only at this time.

As long as we have the product you're looking for in stock at our studio, you’re welcome to pick up/return/exchange in person during studio hours: M-F 10am-3pm.

Any shipping fee incurred will be adjusted when you pick up in person. Send us an email in advance at hello@wildebeest.co to make an appointment so we don’t miss you.
